Who we are

LLMZap is an AI visibility scanning service operated by LLMZap (info@llmzap.com). References to "we", "us", or "our" mean LLMZap.

Services

LLMZap provides an AI readiness scanner that checks whether websites are visible to AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Basic scans are free. AI Visibility Tests — which fire real prompts at live AI models and measure citation rates — require credits. Credits are purchased in packs and deducted per scan.

Credits & payments

Credits are purchased via Stripe using the packs available on the credits page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your payment details.

  • Credits are valid indefinitely — they do not expire.
  • Credits are deducted only when an AI Visibility Scan completes successfully.
  • There is no subscription — you pay only for what you use.

Refund policy

Credits are a digital good and are consumed immediately upon a successful scan. Purchased credits are non-refundable once a scan has been run against them. If you have unused credits and believe there has been a billing error, contact us at info@llmzap.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review the case. Refunds at our discretion are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation policy

LLMZap has no subscription or recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@llmzap.com. Any unused credits remaining at the time of account deletion are forfeited.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use LLMZap to:

  • Scan domains you do not own or are not authorised to analyse.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
  • Resell or redistribute scan results as your own product without permission.

Disclaimer

LLMZap is provided "as is". Scores and recommendations are based on heuristic analysis and AI model outputs, which may contain errors. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in search or AI citation rankings. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
